No doubt that interviewer are there in order to take an interview and to ask every question they want to ask as there are hiring candidates and paying to them so they deserve the best.

If employers want best candidate that may suite their profile then there should not be any scope for weakness then why to ask this silly question as candidate also might hesitate to put their weakness in front of employer

 

Do you have any plan for children?

What a silly thing, what they want whether employee is planning for children or not. It is their personal issue employer has no rights to indulge in their personal life. Something that matters a lot is work and job so better is asked questions related to that.

 

SAT score:

This score may not help them in judging an employee as this would be just a piece of data. Selection should be done as per the abilities not as per the any score

 

What you think either there should be dustbin in our cities or not:

limit of stupidity cross over here what is the point to ask any question related to dustbin as it is just a wastage of time to put there kind of silly questions that is not going to help  them.

 

Speak hypothetically:

Don’t try to ask hypothetical kind of questions or to give any hypothetical situation as it won’t help them for sure.
